Welcome to the relentless pursuit of better.Inviting applications for the role of Content Reviewer – Process Associate – French – On Site Lisbon!In this job, you will be responsible for keeping the digital streets safe for our communities across the world!Responsibilities• Understand and remain up-to-date with content policies and guidelines shared by the customer • Analyze online videos, social media, web page and advertising content for compliance • Examine the content which could be in text, image, audio, video or other format daily • Identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action • Give feedback for policies/tools/processes improvements • Gain sound knowledge of adjacent and cross policies and not just limit to the policy assigned to • Train other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever urgent and requested by the manager • Perform tasks requested by the manager to ensure KPI's and all performance metrics are met• Uphold positive working environment in all internal/external interactions• Willingness to learn and work on a dynamic projectImportant: This job may require working a 24/7 schedule with alternating shifts and daily review of online content that may be highly egregious/sensitive in nature, such as (but not limited to) graphic violence, self harm, child abuse, and hate speech.Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications / Skills• Proficient level of French min C1.• Very good level of EnglishPreferred Qualifications/ Skills• Previous experience in content moderation would be an asset • High School Degree What can we offer?• Attractive salary;• Stable job offers - employment contract• Work in a multicultural and diverse environment with employees from over 30 countries• Free access to our award-winning learning platform • Benefits such as Private Medical Package, Meal Vouchers or Access to wellness programs
