Content Moderator With French Language - Lisbon

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world's leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.* Easy online recruitment process (phone call and video interview)* No Experience Needed: What matters are your language skills and willingness to learn new things!* Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week) Monday –Sunday – 23:00-7:00*About the project:*You will be providing services for French-speaking clients by delivering high quality and efficient moderation service for the Global E-commerce team.*Your tasks:** Ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to our platform.* Be responsible for the development, improvement, and maintenance of standards for the security of our online communities.* Be improve the content management strategy for short video platforms.* Be responsible for coordinating with supervising departments for timely management of content that violates our policies.*What you need:** Fluency in French language (must be at least C1)* Fluent in English language (at least C1)* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively*What you will gain:** full time contract with Portuguese employer* Total Salary: 1453,89 euros* Base salary: 850 euros x 14 months OR 991 euros x 12 months* Role Complement: 50 euros* Language Complement 50 euros* Retention Bonus 75 euros* Meal allowance: 7.17 euros per day – Paid per worked day – 150,57 euros (reference value to 21 work days)* Holiday Bonus 79,16 euros* Christmas Bonus 79,16 euros* Performance bonus: 120 euros subject to the terms and conditions of the bonus plan from 1st full month production* Medical and dental insurance: From first day*Relocation Package:** Up to 200 euros for the cost of a travel ticket (Reimbursed after 3 months upon evidence of travel ticket)* Up to 360 euros for accommodation. per month for the first 6 months (Reimbursed during 3 months)Real Recruitment Solutions - we are a recruitment agency that will help you go with the process of your interviews.
