Job Description
Harland & Poston Group is looking to hire a dedicated Content Marketing Executive. The responsibilities include regularly updating the group's websites (PH, SPH, IV, HP Invest, PAT, LFP), and promoting the group's businesses by pitching articles about the real estate market in Portugal, Spain, and the UK as well as Investment Visas in Europe. When producing this content, you should also be able to follow the editorial guidelines set by the Digital Marketing Director and Content Manager. To be successful as a content creator, you should keep abreast of the latest SEO techniques, and contribute to the development of strategies that will increase client engagement and lead generation.

Profile & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Business, Marketing or other related fieldsA Master's Degree in Marketing, Advertising and Branding will be a plusKnowledge of the digital landscape is a mustA clear understanding of brand building through the whole brand funnel and omnichannel media contextA strong focus on reaching results/KPIsExcellent English language skills (written and spoken)Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Design skills in Photoshop and Illustrator will be desirable, but not mandatory Responsabilities
Brand & Advertising oversight and adaptation Adapt all relevant materials to the local language and positioningSupport the Digital Marketing Director & Content Manager to plan and execute brand advertising and communication campaigns relevant to the country's needs, while following Group Brand and Advertising GuidelinesAdapt all digital and offline advertising concepts and creatives to meet local requirementsSupport the content team in communications for existing clients (mostly email campaigns): tone of voice, template designs for social media and brand guidelinesSocial media, brand relevance and reputation Create, Monitor, and Promote content via our social media channels across 30 international marketsMonitor brand ratings and reviews on the different platforms and social media channelsDefine with Digital Marketing Director & Content Manager the strategy and action plan for the yearSupport in the development of the content strategy required to enhance brand relevance in owned and external platforms (website, blogs, reviews platforms etc), in coordination with the lead acquisition teamCommunity management in the coordination of CS when requiredWebsite and lead acquisition Support both website developers and campaign managers to adapt and develop the website, landing pages and paid media ads content, translations and designs for the Portuguese, Spanish & UK markets.
