Compensation Benefits Manager

We are currently looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager to join our group! This position will be responsible for establish best practices to ensure high-quality candidate attraction and reduce turnover.This role will be responsible forTrack compensation and benefit benchmark data;Identify trends and implement new practices;Develop, aligned with company's strategic plan, new compensation packages and bonus program;Elaborate job descriptions, job analyses and classification;Employee satisfaction research, conducting questionnaires;Payroll process supervision: gather and prepare relevant information for monthly payroll process and validation;Liaise with payroll provider to ensure monthly payments;Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors;Prepare reports for upper management and finance department; Other tasks associated with the role.About youBSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Finance or similar;Previous experience in this role (8 years);Excellent analytical skill;Knowledge about labor legislation;Experience with payroll software#J-18808-Ljbffr
