2024-04-04 Full time Contrato direto com o cliente The Community Management Specialist will have a key role in managing our community social media operations in Portugal, Spain, France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Poland. She/He will have the opportunity to work with different markets and have a dynamic day-to-day life characterized by a multiplicity of functions of the greatest importance at the HQ level:Management of social media and e-Mobility Service Providers (eMSPs) interactions by replying to customers and partners enquiries and comments through their appsLearn and master the company's business model and product in order to effectively explain and communicate it with the different usersDeveloping and implementing new processes and templates to most common scenariosLearn and master multiple applications and resources including contact management systems and knowledge basesPerform quality and audit checks to existing EV support and installation processes, ensuring high compliance standardsCommunicate quickly and effectively to internal and external stakeholdersTriage and escalate urgent issues in order to drive them to resolutionComplete thorough documentation and notation on customer contacts and trendsProvide feedback to management teams regarding processes, trends and ensure the quality and efficiency of internal processes.The Candidate we are looking for:Has a high proactive, organized and independent entrepreneurial spirit. The Candidate must be used to working in a fast-paced and ambitious environmentIs fluent in both oral and written English and French in order to be able to prepare business documents and conduct meetings in these languages. Other languages are a plusHas proven experience with community management and feels at easy to autonomously conduct efforts on replying to users in different social media channelsHas strong written and verbal communication skills – the candidate is an effective communicator and listener, and you adapt easily to varied communication methodsHas an interest and enthusiasm in the area of electric mobility and, although not fundamental, experiences in the area or in a related area are highly valuedIs comfortable with working with Google Sheets and Google featuresIs based in Lisbon or willing/looking to relocate to Lisbon.
