Kelly Science and Clinical are currently recruiting a skilled and motivated Clinical Education Specialist to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare by leveraging our Client's state-of-the-art digital pathology solutions to improve diagnostics, research, and patient care.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with healthcare institutions, research facilities, and clinical laboratories to implement and optimize the client's digital solutions.Provide technical expertise and training to end-users, ensuring seamless integration and utilization of the client's digital systems.Act as a liaison between customers and the client's R&D teams, conveying valuable feedback and insights to drive product improvements.Conduct presentations, workshops, and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of the client's digital solutions.Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring maximum uptime and reliability of our systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customer-focused solutions that address specific clinical and research needs. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Radiology or Biomedical Engineering is mandatory.In-depth knowledge of imaging diagnostic principles, instruments, and software.Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.Prior experience in a customer-facing role within the healthcare or life sciences industry.A passion for innovation and commitment to improving patient outcomes through technology.Fluent in Portuguese and highly proficient in English.Driving License and Car.
