Negotiate claim settlements and oversee the payment of claims to policyholders.Primary Duties:Negotiating settlements.Handling complex and high value claimsAssessing insurance claims and determining liabilitiesCarrying out investigations and gathering evidenceUndertake any other duties as necessaryPerfil idealPrior experience in a similar role;Analytical thinking skills are needed in order to properly evaluate complex claims;Self motivated;Clear confident telephone manner;Good communication & interpersonal skills;Show emotional control and behaviour under pressure;Remains positive and enthusiastic when dealing with difficult people;You'll be working with Portuguese clients, so You'll need to be fluent in Portuguese.Good knowledge of the English language.A good opportunity for your professional development.Hybrid work regime#J-18808-Ljbffr
