We recognize the importance of having both the best individuals and providing them with the means and the motivation to excel and to jointly build a team stronger than the sum of its parts.Due to the company's continual growth and forthcoming capital deployment stream, Norfin intends to select: Civil Engineering Asset Management AssociateMain tasks and responsibilitiesManaging construction contracts, timelines, and budgets.Developing acquisition strategies for Engineering and Construction services.Evaluating and selecting suppliers and contractors.Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and warranties.Supervising project execution and resource management.Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and quality standards.Monitoring project progress and preparing reports.Identifying and mitigating risks in construction projects.Implementing cost reduction and efficiency strategies.Oversight of construction contracts, including contract review and negotiation, compliance with established deadlines and budgets.Coordinating and supervising project execution to ensure quality and compliance.Evaluation and interaction with suppliers and contractors, selection of suitable partners.Technical knowledge in after-sales service for residential buildings.Role RequirementsEducation degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or Architecture.5 - 6 years' experience.Experience in real estate sector will be a Plus.Experience or contact with Investment Analysis will be a Plus.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enthusiastic, willingness to work as part of a team.Autonomous, initiative, entrepreneurial and result driven culture.Strong analytical skills.Team Management.Proficiency with Microsoft Office.Proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Project, PowerBI.Verbal and written communications and presentation skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Creative thinking, capability to develop innovative solutions.Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Portuguese.#J-18808-Ljbffr
