Our client is a technology start-up which, with a view to growth, is looking to strengthen its team by hiring a Chief People Officer.Job Description:- Play a crucial role in fostering a culture of growth and development within our awesome team;- Overseeing Human Resources operations and acting as the main point of contact for HR topics;- Being a strong advisor on labor law matters and policy development to ensure compliance and a fair work environment;- Developing strategies and providing guidance on employee training, professional development, and career pathing;- Collaborating on professional category classification and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.- Monitoring adherence to internal policies and legal standards;- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to identify talent needs and develop effective strategies.Job Requirements:- Degree in Human Resources;- Multiple years of experience in HR leadership roles;- Experience in a startup environment or fast-paced growth company;- Comprehensive knowledge of legal processes, labor laws, and policy development;- Proven ability to design employee training, development, and compensation structures;- Fluency in English;- Fluency in French (a plus);- Strong and effective communicator;- Ability to influence others and move towards a common vision or goal.Offer:- The opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced work environment;- Competitive salary and benefits package;- Flexible work conditions.
