CEO in IT Digitalisation Sector of global automotive manufacturer Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Join our global manufacturing company in the automotive sector as a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and lead their digitalisation efforts within the IT and Information Services space.
An excellent salary of up to 150,000 EUR is on offer to the right candidate and it is a hybrid working model with the company HQ in Porto (though the successful candidate can live across Europe).
Main Responsibilities:
Define and propose the vision and strategic plan for our division, ensuring alignment with internal and external contexts, new technology trends, and business indicators.Identify and implement cost-effective products and services to meet organizational needs and drive operational agility, workforce enablement, and digital technology integration.Establish networks with suppliers and partnerships to enhance commercial successProvide strategic and technical direction for the design, development, and completion of digitalisation across the company on a global landscapeParticipate in work groups focused on solving industrial challenges, including initiatives related to manufacturing 5.0, IoT, and AI.Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT/IS and/or Automation.Previous experience in Digital Transformation, including digitalisation, dematerialization, Analytics, AI, and RPA.Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in complex and dynamic environments.International experience, preferably in the USA or Europe.Experience in start-up environments and high-complexity projects.Essential Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.Strategic mindset with excellent planning abilities.Results-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.Leadership qualities with a focus on client and business orientation.Ability to focus on launching new products/services and stay updated on technology trends.Please note that due to the international nature of this role we are seeking an individual able and interested in traveling nationally and internationally between Europe and North America.
