Your contribution to something big: Strategicpurchasing of assigned scope within indirect category 'Facility Management Services' mainly in region Europe West (Source to Contract);Internal demand and project management as per business requirements to maximize purchasing benefits for Bosch. First point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for the respectivematerial field and area;Input to and implementation of global strategies for the category by ensuring process and compliance requirements;Build effective stakeholder relationship management (e.g. technical functions, production maintenance). Setting-up early involvement and project coordinationPreparation and execution of tenders (RFI / RFQ);Drive competition / further develop and apply negotiation expertise;Design of Negotiation Strategy and execution under competition as well as w/o competition;Preparation and approval of purchasing decisions / contracts in accordance with the signature regulations;Manage suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and quality compliance, incl. data quality, evaluation and contract management;Develop the specific expertise, including market-know-how, sourcing methods and competences, for the defined scope;Implement the indirect purchasing processes ensuring compliance requirements;Establish and further develop standard processes and tasks within the defined scope.What distinguishes you: Education: academic background in Management, Industrial Engineering and Management, Economics or similar field;
Know-how and working method: Previous experience with contracts and price negotiationsGood communication skills; Effective listening and communication (verbal and written) with stakeholders on various hierarchy levels. Good cross-functional coordination and commercial mindset.Pro-active and dynamic attitudeData analysis skills and experienced with Office PackageProject Management and capacity to efficiently manage multiple projectsHands-on mentalityGood cross-functional collaboration and commercial mindsetClarity and Accuracy: Checks own worWilling to take responsibility and decisive in a time-sensitive situationProblem-solving and analytical skills.
