Your contribution to something big: Strategicpurchasing of assigned scope within indirect category 'Facility Management Services' mainly in region Europe West (Source to Contract); Internal demand and project management as per business requirements to maximize purchasing benefits for Bosch. First point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for the respectivematerial field and area; Input to and implementation of global strategies for the category by ensuring process and compliance requirements; Build effective stakeholder relationship management (e.g. technical functions, production maintenance). Setting-up early involvement and project coordination Preparation and execution of tenders (RFI / RFQ); Drive competition / further develop and apply negotiation expertise; Design of Negotiation Strategy and execution under competition as well as w/o competition; Preparation and approval of purchasing decisions / contracts in accordance with the signature regulations; Manage suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and quality compliance, incl. data quality, evaluation and contract management; Develop the specific expertise, including market-know-how, sourcing methods and competences, for the defined scope; Implement the indirect purchasing processes ensuring compliance requirements; Establish and further develop standard processes and tasks within the defined scope. What distinguishes you: Education: academic background in Management, Industrial Engineering and Management, Economics or similar field;
Know-how and working method: Previous experience with contracts and price negotiations Good communication skills; Effective listening and communication (verbal and written) with stakeholders on various hierarchy levels. Good cross-functional coordination and commercial mindset. Pro-active and dynamic attitude Data analysis skills and experienced with Office Package Project Management and capacity to efficiently manage multiple projects Hands-on mentality Good cross-functional collaboration and commercial mindset Clarity and Accuracy: Checks own wor Willing to take responsibility and decisive in a time-sensitive situation Problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to identify issues, develop solutions & drive results Ability and interest to work in a global team Languages: good knowledge of English (mandatory) + French (preferred).
