Requisition ID 3969 - Posted - Portugal - Porto Join Our Mission to Improve Lives Worldwide  Support the communication office in developing and implementing the corporate communication strategy according to the strategic goals established in the company and, therefore, enforcing the notoriety and reputation of BIAL for internal and external stakeholders.
The Impact You'll Make • Collaborate in the development and implementation of corporate communication actions, aiming to improve BIAL Group's image, notoriety and reputation in the main markets where it operates;
• Support media relations, including contact with the media, monitoring the clipping service and content development;
• Collaborate with the digital plan, drafting social media planning and content, ensuring alignment with BIAL's brand voice and objectives;
• Support the development and participation of internal communication actions/campaigns, to mobilise, raise awareness, and share institutional information;
• Planning, editing, and producing content for various internal and external communication channels (intranet, Internet, newsletters, videos, media…);
• Support the management of the sponsorship and institutional donations policy following internal procedures and existing legislation;
• Support the organisation of various events promoted by the company, including the visit's programme to BIAL's facilities;
• Manage and answer external requests at an institutional level. 
What You'll Bring • Master degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations or other relevant area;
• Experience in Media Relations;
• Digital marketing/communication skills;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to build relationships across the organization, working and collaborating with colleagues at all levels of the organisation;
• Fluency in English (spoken and written);
• Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• High sense of responsibility and critical thinking;
• Good creativity skills valuing the ability to think outside the box, identify opportunities and proactively display ideas and solutions;
• Determined, results-driven, and with strong teamwork capabilities, focused on working cooperatively towards a common goal. 
This is a temporary position for a 12-month fixed-term contract.
