responsabilidades chave
You will be the main point of contact between the company and the customers, and will act as a real manager of customers of the Dutch market.
Responsabilities:
document verification and validation at the time of registration (backoffice) through Salesforce;
onboarding session, with buyers from the Dutch market, to explain and identify the best offer;
debt collection in the event of non-payment by buyers;
after-sales coordination (issues with purchases or transport coordination);

competências
high school diploma (mandatory);
native/fluent in dutch;
advanced english (B2 minimum);
resilience and commitment to the project;
customer focus;
customer orientation;
