This certification recognizes excellence in people practices, following the example of our head office, in France, who was certified Top Employer France for the eight year in a row.Job DescriptionAs a Business Manager, your main tasks will be to:The position offers a variety of activities amongst which the coordination of the different activities and projects within Credit Risk department. The position also entails interactions with different stakeholders across the organization both in the US and at the Head Office in France. The business manager is expected to be highly organized and able to work on a variety of subjects.Main Tasks And ResponsibilitiesSupport Chief Operating Officer where appropriate for all credit risk strategies across the portfolioEnsure that internal policies and procedures relevant to activities, products and are current;Preparation of documentation, presentations, oversight and control of budget;Escalate any issue in updating documentation, contribute to building a relevant reporting.Responsible for supporting Credit Risk developments by managing key projects and initiatives (new processes, developments, systems, etc);Responsible for reviewing front-to-back processes, working with Front Office and other support groups to streamline workflows and controls to ensure regulatory compliance by the Business and Credit Risk.Ensuring that Audit and Inspections recommendations are closed in a timely fashion;Acting as liaison with local and Head Office support departments.Utilize Business Improvement methodologies to optimize business processes, procedures, and systems to enhance operational efficiency and to strengthen robustnessInstill a continuous improvement mindset within the organizationParticipate in other cross-functional projects, initiatives and working groups as assigned.QualificationsIn order to succeed, you will need:A Bachelor's Degree with strong academic performance, in a relevant area;Preferably 5+ years of related work experience in their area of expertise and good general understanding of Corporate and Investment Banking;Excellent organizational and leadership skills;Outstanding communication and ability to engage with all stakeholders and across all level;Ability to articulate in a straightforward way complex topics;In-depth understanding of various business processes and strategy development;Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with a helpful, motivating, positive and engaging attitude;Fluency in English mandatory;Ability to interact with all levels of the organization, including Senior Management;Ability to deliver under pressure, and restitute debates / exchanges which lead to decisions;Self-starter with ability to think critically and problem solve;Well organized and able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;Meticulous attention to detail;Strong PC skills including working knowledge and proficiency with the primary Microsoft Office Products;Additional InformationAt Natixis, we are committed to fostering a working environment where each and every one of our people is treated with dignity and respect and where every voice is heard.
