With a strong commitment to data-driven decision-making, we are seeking a talented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team and help drive strategic insights to fuel our growth.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track e-commerce metrics such as sales performance, customer behavior, and inventory levels.Analyze large datasets using SQL, Excel, and other analytical tools to extract insights and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.Conduct ad-hoc analyses and deep-dive investigations to answer business questions and provide strategic recommendations.Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize processes, enhance data accuracy, and improve data visualization techniques.Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence, e-commerce, and data analytics to contribute to the overall growth and success of the company. Main requirements At least 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related roles;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into data insights;Experience in SQL for data manipulation and querying from relational databases;Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView;Familiarity with data modeling concepts and practices;Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and data visualization principles;Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets;Strong organizational and time management skills.
