We foster a culture that values curiosity, creativity, and an unwavering pursuit of greatness.Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis and reporting needs.- Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.- Develop and maintain data models and perform data transformation and aggregation.- Design and create interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support business initiatives, such as customer segmentation, product performance analysis, or market research.- Validate data quality and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.- Perform data mining and exploratory analysis to uncover actionable insights.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements and initiatives.- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools and technologies in business intelligence and analytics. Main requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.- At least 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related roles.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into meaningful data insights.- Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying from relational databases.- Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.- Familiarity with data modeling concepts and practices.- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and data visualization principles.- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.
