About the role The Solution Architect will join our Pre-Sales and Delivery teams working with international clients in the Business Enablement Chapter. This position represents an opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders and be involved in an innovative industry wither by participating in offer definition, pre-sales support and project delivery.
As a part of your job, you will: Role in Pre-sales and Offer:
Analyze the market needs and address them with the technology trends. Review functional and non-functional requirements compliance. Propose blueprint and architecture solutions to address requirements. Work with technical teams to help them identify the best way to address each solution component. Present and defend proposed solutions during the bid process with our customers. Role in Project:
Produce solution blueprint, architecture roadmap and solution design documents. Work closely with our customers to understand the needs, constraints and jointly define the way forward towards the solution. Ensure the solution complies with reference architecture/identify and define alternative approaches. Engage in architecture-related discussions to remove roadblocks, agree on high-level solution, defined way forward, etc. Support the teams producing high-level and functional design documents. Be responsible for the solution design and guide implementation/assurance to analysis, high-level and functional design documents, development, and QA teams. Review and approve functional, solution and architecture documents. Role in Chapter:

RESPONSIBILITIES Design, modify, and test technical architecture. Design systems architecture that will meet business needs, by acting as a bridge between business/functional and technical teams. Review business context for solutions to company challenges as well as define the vision and requirements for the solution, recommend potential options, (which may include RFIs, RFPs or prototype development), select the most optimal option, and the development of a roadmap for the selected solution. Assess the system's architecture and work with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it. Understand the current systems blueprint and propose transition architectures to meet the solution requirements. Provide supervision and guidance to technical architects and development teams. Continually researching current and emerging architectural patterns and paradigms and proposing changes where needed. Describe the structure, characteristics, behaviour, and other aspects of the architecture to various stakeholders. Assess the impacts on the overall business goals and outcomes that certain solution choices have. Ensure the correct behaviour of a new system/component and how it will fit the existing enterprise environment. Guarantee the adoption of architecture and standards methodology. What are we looking for? Proven work experience as a Solution Architect or similar role (minimum 5 years). Strong knowledge of Telco Domain. Experience in head full/headless Content Management Systems such as Adobe Experience Management, Liferay, Contentful. Experience designing ecommerce-based solutions. Experience using security standards like OpenID Connect and OAuth 2.0. Knowledge of digital marketing and customer experience optimization concepts like segmentation, personalization, asset management, tag management, searching, analytics, SEO, A/B testing. Familiarity with web and mobile software development technologies and frameworks like React, Flutter, Vue, Angular, Node.js. Strong knowledge of API design best practices. Good understanding of API Management and Enterprise Service Bus solutions, and their role and responsibility in a typical enterprise architecture. Experience designing Microservices and Event driven architectures. Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and tools. Knowledge of containerization concepts and technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Knowledge of Cloud Platforms like AWS, Azure & GCP is preferred. Strong capacity to produce documentation using adequate tools and standards, like BPMN or UML. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science is preferred. Personal traits:
