We trust you and expect you to make changes;• We have a strong sense of ownership and take initiative (while empowering others to do the same);• We put people first;• We appreciate transparency through open access to information;• We are not afraid to challenge the status quo;• We are a multicultural and international team.Responsibilities• Find and retain new clients to increase revenue and business growth;• Developing growth strategies and plans to attract new clients;• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives;• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities;• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones;• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.?Key Skills and Experience?Required:• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field;• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers;• Experience selling enterprise trading software;• Knowledge in commodities trading;• Strong communication skills and IT fluency;• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task;• Excellent organizational skills;• Fluent English.?Desired:• Experience in enterprise trading new business sales;• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.?
