Integrated in the Operations team, will be working with all teams while having exposure to leadership. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the way we deliver our promise to customers and stakeholders. Your pragmatism, can-do attitude and adaptability will be key to be successful in this role.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify gaps, and propose solutions.Support the implementation and maintenance of projects/initiatives related to operational processes, systems, and tools.Document and update business processes, workflows, and best practices.Collect and analyse data from various sources to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions.Collect functional and non-functional requirementsDesign and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key performance indicators and trends.Conduct quality assurance and testing to ensure data accuracy and reliability.What we expect from you?
