Why we need you? Hiscox Ireland is currently hiring a business analyst for its Operations and change department. Based in Lisbon, you will be working with our teams across the business to design and implement innovative solutions.

How will you help us? The business analyst will be responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of projects/initiatives with direct impact on Hiscox Ireland strategic priorities. Integrated in the Operations team, will be working with all teams while having exposure to leadership. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the way we deliver our promise to customers and stakeholders. Your pragmatism, can-do attitude and adaptability will be key to be successful in this role.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify gaps, and propose solutions.
Support the implementation and maintenance of projects/initiatives related to operational processes, systems, and tools.
Document and update business processes, workflows, and best practices.
Collect and analyse data from various sources to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions.
Collect functional and non-functional requirements
Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key performance indicators and trends.
Conduct quality assurance and testing to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
