Descrição Strategically develop business insights in collaboration with internal teams and customers aligned with overall business objectives.Provide support to local markets by delivering valuable business and channel insights to enhance category, product, and customer value.Conduct research on business issues to understand and predict shopper behaviors.Generate reports to highlight Category Main Trends in Portugal or other relevant regions.Translate insights into actionable plans by analyzing, recommending, and evaluating category strategies, as requested by customers.Collaborate with Brand Managers, Marketing Managers, and Key Account Managers to optimize company performance through insights and recommendations.Offer data-driven insights, analytics, and recommendations to strategic customers to drive long-term product growth.Conduct data-driven analysis to support recommendations on value-creating initiatives and decision-making processes.Understand the category's role and propose merchandising recommendations to enhance value. Perfil ideal Degree or Master's in Management, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of professional experience, with a portion of that experience in leading FMCG companies.
3-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing and/or Sales roles.
Familiarity with the Portuguese market and customer landscape.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Proficient in stakeholder management.
Demonstrated skills in proactivity, influence, and energy.
Strong organizational, planning, and attention to detail abilities.
Fluent in Portuguese and minimum B2 level English proficiency.
