The Process Manager is also responsible to shape the IT Architecture based on the needs of each Process, considering all IT Systems: SAP R3, SAP S4, PILUM Modules, Umbrella Tools, etc. Preparation of regular meetings of " PI Planning" inorder to represent the BBM Purchasing targets and concerns to the IT organization, where all the T& R Tickets for IT ProcessChanges will be discussed and decided. Ensure and monitor compliance with customer, legal, audit and internal requirements (e. g. RBGF´s)Propose targets for process standardization and harmonizationDrive process analysis, digitalization and automationTogether with the Process Chain Manager, Process Owners and Process Delegates, drive the digitalization of BBM Purchasing worldwideQualificationsWhat distinguishes you:Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT or similar. Fluent in English language, knowledge at German language is a plus (written and spoken). Previous experience in Purchasing, Quality or Digitalization.
