Sou uma empresa: World Of Hyatt Inclusive CollectionWe are looking for a Barista to join our 5 star hotel in an international group, located in the stunning Madeira Island! What we need: -F&B certificate; -Experience with latte art and coffee painting; -Prior coffee shop experience or hotel experience; -Customer focused and a passion for customer service; -Upselling skills; -Desire and ability to train and develop staff to be able to explain and sell all kinds of coffee; -Proficiency in speaking and writing in Portuguese & English, basic German, French is a plus; Main Responsibilities and Duties: -Promotes coffee consumption; -Keeps a list of types of coffee, brewing equipment, accessories, and supplies; -Prepares and serves a variety of coffee drinks, both cold and hot; -Welcomes customers; -Creates a menu with all kinds of coffee drinks; -Educates customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu; -Sells coffees by explaining differences in coffee beans and coffee preparation machines; demonstrating how brewing equipment operates; -Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as, espresso, espresso lungo, caffe latte, etc... -Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply, stocking coffee brewing equipment, maintaining supplies for coffee bar. -Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations. -Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes, implementing changes, maintaining and improving the appearance of the coffee bar. -Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities - reading coffee, retail trade, and food service publications; What we offer: -Hotel opening experience -Monthly salary above average -Meal allowance -Free parking space -If applicable, accommodation provided -Professional and personal growth -Dynamic and collaborative work place Requisitos :
