Grow with us, show off your skills, build your career path, and enjoy every moment in a people-focused global company.What you will be doing at WebhelpAs a  Dutch-Speaking B2B Sales Representative,  you will:Execute daily outbound phone calls/emails, contact decision-makers, build quick reports, assess needs and close the saleExplain products/solutions and value propositions to businesses of different verticals and sizes and explain how they address client needsExecute outbound prospecting campaigns to source, contact, and engage prospective customers interested in evaluating client's products.Develop and lead outbound campaigns from idea generation through to initial pitch, pipeline qualification to deal closurefacilitate sales transactions by advising customers on suitable products that best meet their needs and encourage purchases.Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the product to provide suitable recommendations to customers as neededAddressing customer concerns and inquiries as well as resolving customer complaintWe'll be a great match if you:Have a high level Dutch and fluent in EnglishHave at least 1 year of experience in the sales industry (mandatory)Have at least 6 months of experience in cold calling for salesHave knowledge of CRM systemAre outgoing and confident in inbound/outbound phone sales with a great phone mannerIt would be a plus if you:Have good interpersonal and communication skills, including strong collaboration, influencing, and facilitation skillsAre skilled in compiling and analyzing large amounts of data from multiple sources with strong attention to detailAre self-driven, adaptable, and a reliable team player with the ability to work independently and demonstrate flexibility and resiliencyIf you feel you don't check off every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply either way.
