Associate Producer

You will own the quality of the product and make sure that overall user experience is flawless Help organise and manage the LiveOps and feature development execution process, from concept, asset creation, localization, configuration, executing and assuring its quality Own the deployment of game content (deployment of configuration) Support the LiveOps tool and feature development roadmap to ensure efficient execution & delivery for events and feature creation Have a keen eye on the process, pushing for changes and boosting the efficiency of our operations Organise creative development (art and design) of the game, ensuring deliverables are achieved efficiently and with quality Develop and maintain schedules and budgets What are we looking for? The ideal candidate will be skilled in the following:
Proven experience in the development and live operation of freemium and  micro-transaction based games Understand the basics of team processes and software delivery (be process oriented) Mobile market expertise and game analytics knowledge Familiarity with online games and web technologies Team player with initiative and great communication skills Eagerness to learn About Miniclip Miniclip is a global leader in digital games and one of the world's biggest developers and publishers of mobile games, with a mission of unleashing the gamer in everyone.
