Main tasks and responsibilities
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure the comprehensive achievement of project requirements and objectives.
• Work closely with architects and engineers, offering expert technical guidance andsupport throughout the design, construction, and post-sales phases.
• Support the organization of tenders related to project activities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
• Assist in the preparation of insightful performance reports, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Foster robust and collaborative relationships with all project stakeholders, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
• Actively engage in the management of all project stages, demonstrating a commitment to strict adherence to deadlines, priorities, and providing prompt responses to urgent situations.
Role Requirements
• Master's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience.
• Demonstrated Project Management Experience.
• Autonomous, initiative, entrepreneurial, and result-driven culture.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Creative thinking, capability to develop innovative solutions.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Portuguese.
