As South West Europe Area Claims Manager you would have opportunity to lead and develop a team of experienced claims handlers located across the Area ( located in Spain, France and Morocco).
The role is posted as preferred location Madrid, however there is opportunity to operate out of other SWE offices.
On this position you will work closely with a variety of stakeholders; internally within the Commercial functions, namely CX and Sales, alongside the Global Claims Organization and externally e.g. with customers, their agents, vendors, lawyers and authorities. You get the opportunity to lead and develop an engaged team of claims handlers being often the first point of contact for a broad range of occasions related to potential cargo- or legal claims and issues. As Area Claims Manager you will work with the broader CI CX team and you would get the opportunity to grow with the team and exchange ideas and best practice on broader level management and the entire claims handler communityLead and represent the SWE Area Claims Team - the role is not only focused on Ocean, but also integrated into the wider L&S products. Claims is a fraction of the puzzle, with the role focusing on wider aspects, including damage prevention, longstanding, and ensuring excellence in handling, to mitigate revenue leakage, whilst operating at the highest standard internally and towards our customers ( and other external stakeholders)
