We are looking forJunior AS Support to join our company in one of our projects, inLisbon.
The role as Junior AS Support is to provide functional application support in the Production environments to end users and 4 main applications.
This role as user support consists of managing tickets, emails, and queries from users, follow functional changes, creating SQL queries for alerts, extractions, and investigation purposes, debugging functional code. as well as following changes/upgrades/fixes on the applications we provide support. The platform covers an activity spread over the geographical areas of Asia Pacific, Europe and America. We work with other members of the team around the world and interact regularly with the Operational teams, Client service, other APS teams.

Tasks:User Support to end Users;Functional Change follow up;Report creation/Code debug. Requirements:Experience with Databases (Oracle PL/SQL, SQL Server and NoSQL);Experience with monitoring tools;Experience with Windows/Linux end user support;Strong communication skills;Organized and delivery-focused with attention to detail;Problem-solving skills;Proactive attitude and client focused;Team player;Fluent in English. Work Arrangement:Hybrid (60% remote and 40% office-based arrangement). Offer:Health Insurance;3 and a half days of leave per year + 22 vacation days;Unlimited access to Udemy.
