Analyst, Treasury Reporting and Compliance page is loaded Analyst, Treasury Reporting and Compliance Apply locations USCA > USA > North Carolina > Greensboro - VFC time type Full time posted on Posted Yesterday job requisition id R-20240215-0029 Analyst, Treasury Reporting and Compliance: Become the Newest Member of the VF Family The Treasury Reporting and Compliance Analyst's primary responsibilities are to facilitate various treasury department reporting requirements relative to cash and debt, disclosure and financial reporting and support audit compliance and treasury controls. The Treasury Reporting and Compliance Analyst also works with the Treasury Department to facilitate, evaluate, develop and implement domestic/global treasury and cash management practices for VF Corporation and its subsidiaries.
How You Will Make a Difference: Maintains treasury cash and debt reporting, including weekly global cash, investments, debt and trade letter of credit reporting. Analyzes, consolidates and tracks use of international credit agreements, corporate guarantees, intercompany loans and credit lines. Ensures reasonableness to prior balances, investigates variances.
Consolidates and analyzes quarterly treasury debt compliance, treasury reporting and other regulatory requirements. Monitors and analyzes general ledger accounts related to treasury/finance.
Performs monthly bank reconciliations and bank service fee tracking and analysis.
Works directly with the brand leaders to provide continuous improvement on overall treasury and cash management practices.
Maintains general compliance with treasury controls to ensure overall effective design and operating effectiveness and represents treasury in SOX compliance meetings.
Assists in researching accounting policies relating to treasury activities.
Executes and monitors corporate-wide bank administration; including resolutions, signature cards, agreements, and maintaining the global bank database. Performs annual audit of designations/authorizations with banks and subsidiary CFO's.
Secondary responsibilities include executing daily treasury transactions; cash, investments, commercial paper, foreign exchange, electronic payments, share repurchase settlements and trade letters of credit.
Skills for Success: Years of Related Professional Experience: 1+ years
Educational/ Position Requirements: 
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
CPA, MBA or CTP ("Certified Treasury Professional") desired
One plus years' experience in corporate environment (multi-national experience a plus)
Experience with financial analysis and reporting or Treasury operations
Clear growth with career progression demonstrating success and experience in business analysis
Strong analytical, organizational and presentation skills
Self-starter that can manage responsibilities with minimal supervision
Team player and supporter who exhibits high professional conduct, high output, enthusiasm and trust
Shows strong work ethic
Multi-task oriented with the ability to react to a change in priorities
Good analytical and conceptual thinking
Sets high standards for self and brings projects to completion
Individual has a sense of urgency when it comes to execution
High integrity and ethical standards
Strong technological skills and proficiency in PC skills, spreadsheet, word processing, flowcharting and graphics
Ability to work flexible schedule including additional hours and holidays when banks are open as needed to meet operating requirements and closing deadlines
Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements:  Travel by air and overnight, as required 20% amount of time. 
Lifting and/or bending, lifting 10 lbs. of weight.

Hiring Range:
$49,600.00 USD - $62,000.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
