Join us in shaping the future of retail real estate.We are currently looking for a new member for the Reporting, Property Management team to join us in the position of Analyst, Reporting, Property Management .Working Place: Sonae Sierra's Central Offices in LisbonRequirementsDegree in Economics, Management or any similar fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in Controlling, Reporting and/or Financial AnalysisFluent in English (mandatory) and German (would be a plus)Proficient in MS Office, particularly ExcelKowledge of Power BI and SAP would be a plusAccurate and organizedAnalytical and problem-solving skillsResponsibilitiesCollaborate in the preparation of the annual budgets of the Shopping Centres (SC), as well as in its control throughout the year, according to the guidelines;Analyse the monthly deviations by evidencing their causes, in order to allow the monitoring of the business' performance and support the decision-making process;Examine the operational accounting records of several SC, in order to ensure the fulfilment of the defined procedures in every company/SC and deliver reliable operational reports;Produce the required monthly operational reports and assist the SC management team with analysis,Prepare various analysis (including projections), when requested, to provide additional and specific information necessary to the business management;Help in the implementation of new projects/reports, testing and contributing to the improvement of the tools (e.g. EIS), in order to ensure its adequacy to the real needs of the department.At Sonae Sierra, we are committed to creating aworkplace that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive.
