Agile Master (F/M/Div.)

Job DescriptionYour contribution to something big:We seek an experienced Agile Master to guide a multinational team, ensuring a smooth and efficient SAP implementation of business requirements. In this role, you will:Partner with diverse stakeholders and IT teams across locations to translate business needs into actionable, SAP-centric user stories and tasks;Verify adequate testing in SAP Solution Manager, guaranteeing smooth releases;Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, empowering team members to deliver high-quality work within defined iterations;Manage and track progress, proactively identifying and resolving impediments to ensure timely delivery;Champion Agile principles and practices, in integration with the standard release processes in our division;Continuously assess and refine the Agile framework to optimize project execution and maximize value delivery.QualificationsWhat distinguishes you: Education: Degree in Business Administration, IT or similar;Experience: More than 3 years of experience as an Agile Master in various projects, preferably in combination with SAP.
