LisboaWe are a young fintech project developing a card service for media buyers, enabling rapid scaling of advertising campaigns, expense management, and reporting across various platforms such as Google Ads, TikTok, Facebook, Taboola, and more.Role Description:We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Affiliate Manager responsible for attracting new clients, active sales, and establishing business contacts within the arbitrage, webmaster, and partnership communities.Responsibilities :Develop and implement a sales strategy aimed at attracting new clients and increasing sales.Identify and attract new clients through various means.Participate in conferences to promote the service and attract new clients and partners (AW, Sigma, and other conferences).Negotiate with potential clients, maintain long-term relationships with partners, ensuring high levels of customer service, and resolving any emerging issues.Analyze data, monitor sales results, and strategy effectiveness. Generate sales reports and provide recommendations for optimizing sales strategy and increasing business process efficiency.Collaborate with marketing, product development, technical support departments, etc., to ensure synergy and achieve common business goals.Requirements:Experience in affiliate marketing sales, working with partnerships, or related fields. Possession of a personal database of potential clients is a significant plus.Knowledge of sales management principles and successful application experience.Experience in fintech is advantageous.Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate at different levels and languages.Goal-oriented, results-driven, and capable of working under high pressure.Proficiency in English (written communication is mandatory); Spanish/Portuguese proficiency is a significant advantage.Conditions:Remote work format (entire team operates remotely).No need to constantly be at the computer; being available and promptly responding to user queries and resolving their issues is crucial.Very friendly team and supportive management.Bi-monthly salary payments (fix salary + bonuses).#J-18808-Ljbffr
