On the other hand, your achievements are recognized and celebrated, fostering an inclusive and challenging environment.As a M&A Associate/Senior Associate you are primarily responsible for the creation and oversight of financial models, marketing materials, internal and external presentations, as well as performing research and various analyses in support of new business generation and the execution of some of the most high-profile M&A transactions.You analyse acquisition targets for customers or identify potential buyers. You understand the dynamics of the market and on the basis of financial data you and your team make valuation analyses and financial models that help in executing transactions. You consistently review and analyse accuracy and quality of your own deliverables. You approach various stakeholders and assist our clients in the design and the negotiation of the transaction.RequirementsAs a M&A Associate/Senior Associate you will be responsible for the execution of various projects and also have an eye for the development of the junior members of the team. In addition, you actively leverage your network and build business relationships that generate leads.
