Accounts Payable Accountant

Well, perhaps this could be your opportunity to do something different!We are recruiting an Accounts Payable Accountant for a growing multinational company located in Lisbon, Algés.Reporting directly to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will perform several accounting tasks to the subsidiaries working with SSC Portugal.- Ensure the accounting of manual payments and clearing operations;- Ensure the booking of purchase invoices;- Produce the analysis and justification of accounts, including the management of payment incidents;- Ensure the respect for the rules and standards of the task;- Identifying and indicate deviations;- Ensure good operational, day-to-day relationships with suppliers;- Participate in the follow up of indicators related to suppliers' performance and quality.-Technical and Professional Studies on Finance/ Accounting, preferably having a High-Level Education or equivalent;-Good knowledge in Finance, Accounting, and Treasury;-Fluency on Excel and SAP;-English (Minimum: B2), Spanish or other is a plus.- Meal allowance of 8,32€;- Very attractive benefits such as Life Insurance, Pension Fund, Health Insurance for employees and children, bonus;- Work schedule from 8.30h to 17.30h from monday to friday;- Possibility of career progression in a fast-growing company.#J-18808-Ljbffr
