About the role - What's your purpose?Signal AI, the platform for corporate reputation and risk intelligence, is hiring an Accounts Associate to take ownership of the day-to-day functions of the finance team. In this pivotal role you will act as the Global Payables and EMEA Receivables functions, and aid the team with administrative duties. Day-to-Day Responsibilities - What you will be doing: Billing and collections for EMEA customers, building the credit control process to decrease average days to collection Ownership of the global payables, including managing supplier relationships and updating our cash forecast upon payment Employee expenses processing and admin of our expenses system (SAP Concur) Review of commercial quotes for finance approval Updating NetSuite accounting software with details of sales orders Being the point of contact for Portuguese accounting (liaising with local contact there & admin like vendor management, etc) Month end accruals Assistance on group audit Ad-hoc Project work such as integrating our Fixed Asset register into our Netsuite accounting system, or automating repetitive processes General admin within the team such as managing the group inbox Who are we looking for?
