Descrição Manage the day-to-day activities of our shared service center, ensuring the efficient delivery of financial and administrative services to our European offices, compliance with local regulationsEnsure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, company policies and proceduresContinuously identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the finance functionCollaborate with internal stakeholders (other European countries) to understand their needs and provide timely and effective support and solutionsEnsure the quality of the AP process done by the team - liaise with Ops in the other countriesMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the performance of the shared service center and identify areas for improvementProvide guidance to AR accountantsEnhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfactionProactively engage in continuous improvement initiatives for the AR processEnsure the quality of credit managementLead and motivate a team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and employee engagement Perfil ideal Degree such as Bachelor's and University Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Business/AdministrationProven experience in Accounting operations within a service center environment (5 years)A first and successful experience in management, hands-on (5 years)A good understanding of accounting principlesEnglish speakerLeadership skillsTransparency, good interpersonal skills Vantagens Apply today to take your career to new heights
