Ensure financial plans and investments are behind category strategic guidance and regional participation priorities and deliver on financial objectives.Create contingency plans ('what if'' and scenario analyses') in order to ensure risk mitigation and the continued financial heath of the Country.Provide direction and guidance for long term financial indicators. Influence the focus of the Leadership Team for productivity.Through country teams - provide financial support (e.g. marketing decision support, sales decision support, credit control) to Country and local management in order to maximise the value of our sales and efficiency in our cost structure and balance sheet.Manage and influence improvements in Working Capital with focus in Accounts Receivable and DSOCreate value culture, through driving pricing, mix and productivity.Ensure adequacy of controls, strong stewardship tone from the top and compliance. Ensure audits (internally and externally) are fully supported and action plans are being addressed.Liase with global tax and treasury and shared service centers. Interface with the Cluster Finance Director and Europe Controller. Identify improvements in processes, guidelines, principles and policies, in order to ensure adequacy and compliance on audit related processes.Be the main point of contact for internal and external audits and lead the coordination and review of post audits action plansDrive implementation of best practices across the countries within the Cluster .Be an escalation point for dispute management with customers.Prepare and submit management reports, and provide flash reports/management dashboard, ensuring integrity in interpretation and commentary provided.Assist in developing business cases for new brands/product and new suppliers and work with stakeholders to achieve approval across the matrix. Provide appropriate post activity audit on key projects.Keep abreast of accounting standard changes. Review and monitor operations in order to ensure compliance and track issuesSupervise legal activities, SOX Controls and ComplianceMeet with statutory authorities as required to answer queries, manage correspondence, validate and sign documents.Ensure SLA's (Service Level Agreements) with the Shared Service Center are met and challenged when necessary Financial
