We are listed on the regulated Euronext market in Paris since July 2014. Our Shared Service Center is looking for an Accountant who will have the following responsibilities:
Procurement to Payment (P2P)Analysis and booking of invoices to be completed for payment.Be in daily contact with the departments to ensure POs and payment requests are consistent with policy and procedures in order to ensure accuracy.Oversee the high-quality delivery of Accounts Payable, BTE (Business Travel Expenses), VAT Invoice Allocation and New Business Payment Structure.General Ledger (GL)Enter accounting books throughout the P2P process.Reconcile supplier accounts.Perform short-term cash flow forecasts.Maintain close communication with the accounting department to ensure proper Gaap allocation. REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate will have/ be:
Degree level: Accounting, Economics, or Finance-related.Professional experience in accounting.International experience will be a plus.Knowledge of taxation.Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel and MS Word.Mandatory fluency in English.Mandatory good level in French.
