Accountant

Job Description As an accoutant, your main missions will be :- Collect invoices from share drives in digital format- Entries in AP module (vendors=local, I/C, fixed assets, CONCUR)- Biling - AR module (EDI and manual invoices)- Customer and supplier reconciliations (monthly)- Archive documents with journal numbers and vouchers identifications in the share drives- Accomplish all the deadlines to ensure monthly and annual closings- Ensure compliance with the locals' fiscal obligations- Other duties as assignedQualifications Minimum : frequency in university in accounting, management or equivalentProfessionnal experience in accounting of at least 1 yearFluent in English (mandatory), french is a plusGood MS Office knowledge, of which high-level in Excel mandatory and Dynamics is a plusTeam oriented in multicultural work environmentSomeone that is dynamic, shows initiative and is proactiveAdditional Information Employment contractIntegration in a dynamic international company#J-18808-Ljbffr
