Account Receivable Specialist (m/f)na nossa unidade industrial em Ovar Suas tarefas 1-Support the company in optimizing our financial transactions and systems by performing reconciliation of payments and customer accounts.2-Strengthen and grow relationships with customers and stakeholders.3-Communicate discrepancies to management team, and identify slow-paying customers for escalation4-Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting.5-Comply with Group and Local financial requirements. 6-Maintain processes documented and updated consistently;7-Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts receivable process8-Request or gather from portal all Customer relevant information (Debits, Payment advises, SBI, etc).9-Review Customer debits for appropriate documentation prior to deduction/payment. 10-Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared.11-Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank receivables, payment advises, and Self Billing Invoices.12-Monitor and collect accounts receivable by
