We are hiring a Tech Lead to our Yoga team in Portugal! Our design system team, Yoga Team, comprises one designer and three front-end developers. The team is undergoing significant focus and investment to enhance operational efficiency and directly influence the company's OKRs (Objectives and Key Results). As a central hub, the team receives demands from all squads within the product area. As a Tech Lead Software Engineer , you are a passionate developer who is driven by getting things done in high quality and timely. YOUR IMPACT Maintain and improve our native and web Design System; Help to define the architecture of systems and integrations, bring innovation to the table, and make sure design docs are up to date; Ensure successful deliveries, and promote the long-term technical health of our journeys; Ensure a high bar on code quality standards, making sure devs are proud of their work; Spread development best practices such as code reviews, pair programming, TDD, etc.; Build reusable code for future use; Take part in incident resolution and troubleshooting in the production; Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Main requirements WHO YOU ARE Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience; Strong experience building and designing high-scalable solutions; Experience with ReactJS/ React Native and Typescript ecosystem; You have experience working with modern agile product development teams; Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills; You have well developed communication skills, you are capable of clearly articulate ideas when communicate to groups; Advanced English skills and can clearly articulate ideas when speaking to groups in English.
