Our core activity is the development, manufacturing and installation of top-quality racking systems for the storage of palletized or small goods and longer items, as well as mezzanine structures.Location:Ovar, PortugalJob Description Main Responsibilities:Prepare all monthly, quarterly and annual European VAT declarations for the group, coordinating with the local tax-accountants, making sure all deadlines are metSupport the Group VAT Manager by acting as a single point-of-contact for all tax related issues to both internal and external entitiesPrepare the cash flow forecasts for the Corporate entitiesSupporting Accounting in the monthly closingClosely liaise with the other Corporate General Ledger team members and others, such as Accounts Receivable, Treasury and Tax.Qualifications Degree in Accounting, Finance or other relevant areaPrevious experience in similar responsibilities, specifically in an international VAT environmentAnalytical mindset and strong organizational skillsSolid communication skills to interact with several stakeholdersExcellent verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory)Excellent knowledge of MS Office, namely MS Excel, and ERP (SAP is a plus)Resident in Ovar or nearby areaAdditional information What do we offer you?Working closely together with other rack stars in an open and enthusiastic cultureAn attractive salary and acomprehensive benefits package,in an international environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
