WHAT YOU'LL DOPre-reconciliation of the Corporation action against external data vendor/MT566 (Golden copy)Corporate action processing/ products adjustmentLife cycle management of all types of OTC and listed derivativesFollow-up on the dividend claims linked to collateral/sec. FinanceTrouble shooting a variety of issues from Trading, Treasury, Sales , Risk and ReconciliationCash/Security breaks investigation and resolutionContinuously improvement of internal processesProject involvement

What You'll Need

Bachelor or Master degree in Finance or EconomicsPrevious experience in Corporate Action/Dividends adjustment an advantageGood knowledge of derivatives and financial marketsGood Excel knowledge

NICE TO HAVE

Understanding of Securities Finance/ Securities Lending/ Collateral ManagementSOPHIS knowledgeVBA
