In collaboration we are working with a leading tech company that is looking to recruit a Dutch-speaking Service Desk Agent to join their team in Lisbon or Braga. Location: Remote/work from home in the mainland Portugal or on-site in Lisbon or Braga DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide 1st line support to customers in case of incidents incidents, problems and requests related to hardware and software products, basic networking etc. in a timely manner Ensure pleasant customer experience and timely resolution or escalate to a relevant department Act as a team player, be a helpful and effective member of the team Document actions taken in resolving routine customer enquiries REQUIREMENTS: Native/fluent in Dutch, both oral and written.
