Responsible for managing the Central Resource Schedule system (PSA)Maintain Consultants skills update in PSA.Monitoring and update PSA with Projects at stage 3 within our sales cycle. Provide weekly updates with the progress of pipeline opportunities.Updating ongoing bookings based on the Project Managers project plan;Maintain and update project codes, replace placeholder codes with actual ones, follow up with Project Managers once the new projects is created;Supporting Head of Resourcing and Resource Managers with the accuracy of the resource requirements in the system.Creating profiles for New Joiners and keep in sync with HR when new resources/people are joining/leaving Hitachi;Ensuring the profile information into PSA is up to date: activating and deactivating of consultants profile;Supporting Resource Managers with Resourcing demand management;Extract, create and maintain existing reports.Supporting Resource managers withTraining requirements and yearly Graduate Trainee programmes.b. Responsible for Absence management:Timely approving the logged time absence requests;Keep in sync with the Project managers to ensure absence requests are not colliding with project plans;Reflecting sick leaves into PSA.When there is a vacation cancellation – clarifying the project involvement and restore the project bookings;Staffing responsibilities:Managing resource requirements for small projects: presales work, projects with up to 5 project team members;Monitor the bookings of the consultants; regular tracking of the preliminary (soft) bookings;Monitoring and addressing overbooking;c. Responsible for managing the CVs data base for all consultants:Ensure all consultants have CVs in the HiSO templateManaging regular update of the CVsd.
