Our Quality Assurance Services are looking for a trainee to join their team and they are looking forward to meeting you!As a Quality Assurance Trainee, you will guarantee that Purchase Requests and Orders of different Infineon entities are completed with accurate and valid information, thus playing a key role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the processes: In this new role, you will be responsible for:Purchase Order Handling: Verify and validate all Purchase Order Requests according to the defined quality checking through the ARIBA MyBuy Portal and monitor delivery of missing information to complete the ordering process;Purchase Order submission, change, and closing; Yearly renewal of procurement contracts and quality checks during contract creation;Handling of Order Confirmation submitted by our suppliers; Support the team with email handling and phone calls.You are a great communicator with a strong customer orientation and the ability to work independently and structure your work. Furthermore, you are eager to learn new skills and help the team produce quality with a focus on completion. You are best equipped for this role if you:Completed your Secondary Education (12º year) or any equivalent level; Have an interest in the Finance field; Have good knowledge of MS Office Tools; Have a good command of English and basic German level (mandatory).
