Quality Assurance Analyst

Introduction This opportunity is for a global healthcare device and services company that provides technology for sleep testing and solutions for sleep health and general well-being to its clients. The cloud software platform manages complex patient and physician workflows, facilitate collaboration on patient care between medical professionals, monitor treatment progress, engage patients in their care, and more; all while ensuring patient information is secured to the highest standards. At the core of the cloud ecosystem is a cloud-based web application written primarily in Java, Kotlin, and C#. This core web application supports several ancillary apps, which include a patient-focused mobile app for both Android and iPhone and a desktop tool to securely move medical data from devices into cloud. The user experience of the products is both on the desktop and mobile applications. All mobile applications are written using Flutter. The Cloud Development team is looking to hire a Quality Assurance Analyst to join the Team in the new Portugal office, building on the work already done in mobile and browser based applications. Responsibilities Develop test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports on multiple projects of varying sizePerform testing on various software systemsIdentify and facilitate issue resolution with product owners and stakeholdersValidate that product owner and stakeholder expectations are achieved during the testing processProvide production troubleshooting and support Requirements Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailOutstanding written and oral communication abilitiesSeveral years of experience in an SDLC quality analysis environmentUnderstanding of testing principles and conceptsUnderstanding of web development practices and terminologyVery good communication skillsFluent in EnglishNice to Haves Experience testing web and mobile applications
