.The Quality Management Specialist will maintain and develop the systems used within the MoonLake Development Quality Management System.Key AccountabilitiesTo assist the QMS Manager in:Set-up, Management and administration of the Quality Management Systems ( QMS),, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standardsManaging the Training tracking systems used within the Development Quality System, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standardsTo assist MoonLake Quality Team and QMS users in recording and tracking of Quality related events (Quality Issues, Changes, Audit Schedules)To maintain and develop QMS tracking toolsAs part of the Quality Team, ensure actions are communicated to client groups and progress trackedAs part of the Development Quality team, develop the QMS tools to ensure ongoing efficient support to client groupsTo provide help and support to Development staff using QMS toolsYour profileExperience:Some experience working within a "knowledge management" environment or equivalent where data management and metrics are key skillsSkills/knowledge/behavioural competencies:Highly developed interpersonal skills including communication and influencing skills.Proven Word processing, Spreadsheet and data management skillsWorking knowledge of document/information management systems, e.G. SharePointHighly organised self-motivator, able to prioritise activities, work well under pressure and meet deadlinesAbility to find pragmatic solutions for quality issues in a highly agile environmentThe ability to interrogate and analyse systems to identify new ways of workingAbility to work in a flexible, collaborative style.
