Principal Product Manager - Technical, Devices OS As a Principal Product Manager Technical in the Amazon Devices OS organization, you'll be shaping the future of connected devices and bring a solution from concept to reality. You will be part of a PMT team with broad charter and senior executive visibility. Your focus will be building delighful experiences for app developers that want to be on our devices (e.g. Fire TV, Automotive). This role is a great fit for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is highly technical, empathizes with developers, and has experience working with large engineering teams. This role also requires being a big thinker, obsessed customers and building delightful experiences, entrepreneurial and passionate about innovating on behalf of customers, and demonstrate a high degree of product ownership.Key job responsibilities* Play a thought leadership role within the Device OS organization, influence senior leadership and partner teams* Inspire the team with the product vision, invent new ways to enable app development, and work cross-functionally to bring the product to life* Work with customers, internal and external partners to identify the right features, priorities and user journeys* Regular engagement with senior executives to represent your project within broader strategies* Partner with engineering leaders across orgs to align on the strategy for the program and tehcnical implementation choices* Write business requirement documents and define use cases, features, and KPIs* Create the business case and go to market strategy* Manage the entire product life cycle from inception to launch* Plan and launch the product with customers, including Beta customers* Hire and develop the best by building/managing a team to deliver on your charterA day in the lifeAre you someone looking to showcase your skills?
